Turkmen President Meets Heads of Turkish Companies in Ashgabat

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held bilateral meeting with the heads of leading Turkish companies on Monday in Ashgabat.

In a meeting with Ahmet Çalık, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Çalık Holding, President Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan looks for the most active use of the latest technologies and solutions that major foreign companies, including Turkish ones, have and can offer, the official Turkmen media reports.

Meeting with Polimeks head

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in talks with the head of the Turkish construction company Polimeks Erol Tabanca, emphasized that Turkmenistan is always open for fruitful cooperation in a wide range of areas.

Tabanca in turn expressed the company's strong interest in implementing new joint projects and assured that the Turkish partners will continue to work with Turkmenistan in the most serious and responsible way.

Talks with Erman Ilıcak of Rönesans Holding

On the same day, the Head of Turkmenistan received Erman Ilıcak, the Chairman of the Board of the Turkish company Rönesans Holding. The Head of State welcomed the participation of this company in implementing major investment projects for the development of the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan.

The Head of Rönesans informed the Turkmen President about the implementation of a number of infrastructure projects entrusted to the company. In this regard, the Head of State stated to the need to ensure the high quality of construction and performance of all works within the deadline set by the contract.
