Turkmen swimmer David Hakobyan won bronze at the Open Championship of Uzbekistan in 50m breaststroke

Turkmen swimmer David Hakobyan received a bronze medal in the 50-meter breaststroke at the Uzbekistan Open Swimming Championship, which takes place in Tashkent.

His result is 31,05 seconds, according to the official website of the Swimming Federation of Uzbekistan.

The first place was taken by an athlete from the Fergana region and Uzbekistan Alexey Kim (30.59). The second is Murod Suyunbaev from the Navoi region of Uzbekistan (30.60).

The men's team of Turkmenistan is represented by Merdan Atayev, Musa Jalayev, David Hakobyan, Arslan Gayypnazarov, Eminguly Ballikov, Abdyrahman Agamuradov, Selim Nazarov. The women's team included Aynura Primova, Ejesh Primova, Enesh Primova, Valeriya Mirenskaya and Anastasiya Morgenstern.

Turkmen swimmers are trained by Vladimir Novikov and Mark Pilugin.
