Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with General Secretary of the inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Martin Chungong, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in a message.

The possibility of holding round tables and thematic seminars in Turkmenistan, IPU forums for parliamentarians, summits of women speakers of parliaments, as well as other major IPU events was discussed.
