Representatives of Turkmenistan Airlines held negotiations in Tashkent with Uzbek colleagues from “Uzbekistan Havo Yullary” (Uzbekistan Airways), as a result of which the announcement on launching a new flight Ashgabat-Tashkent was made.
The official website of “Uzebikstan Airways” reports that Turkmenistan Airlines intend to launch a return flight Ashgabat-Tashkent by the end of 2017.
It is also reported that in the course of the meeting the draft commercial agreement Interline was reviewed which envisages the mutual acknowledgement of traffic documents and authorizes both air carriers to issue tickets for flights operated by the partner flights.
Let us recall that in mid June the first trial launch of Ashgabat-Dushanbe flight was announced.
