The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Turkey organized a meeting via video link between representatives of the ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and the leadership of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current state and prospects for interaction between the parties in 2024.
The participants identified a number of joint events as part of the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding poet and thinker of the Turkic world Magtymguly Fragi, as well as the election of the Turkmen city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world for 2024.
The participants emphasized the existence of favorable prospects for further deepening contacts in the field of culture and art. We are talking about mutual creative exchanges and joint events.
