Turkmenistan Announces International Tender for Guneshli Childhood and Youth Centre

Turkmenistan, on the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has announced an international tender to construct the Guneshli Centre for Children and Youth in Ashgabat.

Deputy Prime Minister for Construction and Industry Baymyrat Annamammedov reported to the Turkmen President on the implementation of the instructions given by the head of state during the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, the official Turkmen media reports.

The Deputy Prime Minister presented a visual representation of the centre and stated that the project encompasses playgrounds, sports grounds, cultural venues, traffic training areas, an amphitheatre, and other facilities. Additionally, the project includes various technical and economic components.

The Turkmen President emphasised a responsible approach to the implementation of the project and gave the Deputy Prime Minister specific instructions on conducting an international tender for the construction of the new complex.

The relevant tender was announced by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan at the request of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
