Turkmenistan Creates Fund For Assisting Children in Need of Guardianship

The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship was established in Turkmenistan. The organization’s charter, structure and staffing were also approved. The Fund will be located at the complex of buildings of the International Congress Center of Turkmenistan along the Chandybil Avenue in Ashgabat.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a relevant Resolution during a Cabinet of Ministers meeting on Monday, the country’s official media reports.

The accounts of the Charitable Fund in national and foreign currency have been opened in the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, according to the report.

In accordance with part thirteen of the Charter of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, Rejep Bazarov has been appointed the Executive Director of the organization.
