Turkmenistan introduces new rules for private bus owners

New rules are being introduced in Turkmenistan, which oblige all owners of public buses to obtain a license to carry out passenger transportation. This was reported on the website of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, which is the licensing organization.

To obtain a license, legal entities, regardless of the organizational and legal form and type of ownership, and also individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs and carrying out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, must send by mail a package of documents listed on the agency's website.

In this case, it is necessary to indicate in the letter the number of the license, to which the SMS notification will be sent.Sending documents by mail is free.

You can get information about admission to a licensed activity or the reasons for refusal on the official portal of public services: e.gov.tm.
