The citation index of scientific articles of scientists from Turkmenistan in Russian language was higher compared to many other CIS countries, reports “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
Turkmenistan is the leader in the citation index of scientific publications in Russian, along with Armenia, Moldova and the Baltic States.
