Turkmen president has appointed Guychgeldi Baygeldiyev the deputy chairman of Turkmennebit (Turkmen oil) state concern of the country.
Turkmenistan annually produces about 10 million tons of oil, and Turkmennebit concern is the country’s main oil producer. Such companies as Burren Energy (branch of Eni), Mitro, Dragon Oil, Petronas are among foreign companies producing oil in Turkmenistan.
