On Friday, December 9, the Turkmenistan national football team will find out its opponents in the qualifying matches for the right to play in the Asian Cup, which will be held in Saudi Arabia in 2027. The draw will take place in Kuala Lumpur, the broadcast will start at 12:00 Ashgabat time.
According to the FIFA ranking, the Turkmenistan national team ended up in the second basket. Based on the results of the draw, six groups of four teams will be formed. Only the group winners will advance to the final part of the 2027 Asian Cup.
