Turkmenistan plunged into the atmosphere of Italian cuisine

A master class and culinary show by chef Andrea Palmieri and director of the “Rome-Ostia” Hotel Business Institute Fabrizio Fraschetti was held in Turkmenistan.

The events were organized by the Italian Embassy in Turkmenistan within the framework of the 8th World Italian Cuisine Week. They were held at the “Dante” restaurant in Ashgabat.

The chefs shared the secrets of Italian cuisine with the participants, and also showed how to prepare traditional dishes of this country.

The atmosphere at the master class and cooking show was simply amazing. The aroma of pizza, pasta and other Italian dishes was in the air, and Italian speech was heard in conversations. Participants felt as if they were in the heart of Italy.
