By the decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France Maksat Charyev was simultaneously appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Principality of Monaco with residence in Paris.
As reported by the information program Vatan, the head of state signed the corresponding decree on Thursday.
