Turkmenistan to Host International Exhibition on Healthcare, Education, Sports

Turkmenistan will host an international exhibition and scientific conference "Healthcare, education and sports in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state" on October 10-11 this year.

Nurmuhammet Amannepesov, the Deputy Chairman of the Turkmen Government on science, education, healthcare and sports issues, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on preparations for this event at an online cabinet meeting on Friday, the country’s official media reports.

The exhibition is expected to gather representatives of international organizations and over 150 companies from more than 30 countries specializing in the production of medicines and medical supplies, medical and sports equipment, and the development of educational technologies.

The scientific conference, which will be held in a hybrid format, will bring together scientists from leading universities of around 20 countries.

Follow the briefing, the Head of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of holding international exhibitions and conferences on a regular basis in order to familiarize the world with the successes of the country's social spheres, establish international cooperation of mutual interest, cooperation in the common interest, exchange of views and experience.

The government meeting discussed priority issues of state affairs and adopted documents aimed at further development of the national economy.
