Turkmenistan will soon resume flights with the United Arab Emirates and Frankfurt (Germany). The Government declared about this at today’s meeting, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.
Turkmenistan made this decision, given the wide coverage of vaccination against COVID-19 in the world, and also taking into account the reports of the World Health Organization and the analysis of media news about the weakening of the situation in the world caused by the pandemic, as a result of which a significant part of the states are gradually easing preventive measures, noted in the information.
Flight to the UAE and Germany will be carried out once a week, as it was before the pandemic.
Let us remind you that Turkmenistan suspended all international flights in March 2020. Initially, restrictions were introduced for a month, and then extended several times.
