TV and radio company “MIR” is filming a film about Magtymguly in Turkmenistan

The interstate television and radio company “MIR” is filming a documentary film in Turkmenistan about the life and work of Magtymguly Fragi.

The filming is timed to coincide with the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker, whose legacy is an integral part of the spiritual world of the Turkmens, reports the IIC.

The other day, the “MIR” film crew conducted an interview at the film studio about Magtymguly’s work, and also visited the Magtymguly Fragi National Music and Drama Theater and other places associated with the name of the classical poet, the source notes.
