UIET Engages World Bank in Talks for Turkmen Market Investments

Delegation from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) engaged in bilateral meetings with a delegation from the World Bank during their business visit to Turkmenistan. The primary focus of these discussions was the exploration of opportunities to attract foreign investments to the Turkmen market.

The meeting delved into the development of collaboration between Turkmenistan and the World Bank, as reported by UIET on Tuesday.

Additionally, representatives from the World Bank convened with private individuals operating in diverse sectors of production.

Emphasis was placed on the significance of actively nurturing mutually beneficial business relations, particularly in agriculture and the food industry.

As part of the agenda for the working visit, the World Bank delegation toured greenhouses and horticulture farms of UIET members in Ahal region as well as agricultural enterprises and food industry facilities within the Mary region.
