UK schoolboy asks Apple to change “nerd emoji”

In Britain, a 10 years old boy, Teddy Cottle, created a petition to Apple demanding to change the emoji with glasses and a toothy smile, writes Ferra.ru.

According to a student, the existing “nerd emoji” is insulting to people who wear glasses.

Teddy wears glasses himself and believes that the “bunny teeth” emoji gives a false impression of people with glasses. He offered his version of the emoji with a mischievous smile.

Teddy hopes that Apple will accept his proposal and change the emoji.
