UNICEF and the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan have published the book "Yartygulak and his friends"

The book "Yartygulak and his friends" has been published in Turkmenistan to help children aged 4 to 10 develop healthy habits from an early age.

The book was published thanks to the joint efforts of UNICEF and the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

Yartygulak is a well-known hero of Turkmen folk tales. He and his friends take kids on a journey to a healthy lifestyle through interactive games, coloring books, puzzles and more. A fun, colorful and entertaining book created mainly for children, but anyone can take advantage of the valuable advice of the little hero and his friends.

The publication of the book was financed by the Government of Turkmenistan and the World Bank within the framework of the project "Response to COVID-19 in Turkmenistan", the press service of UNICEF reports.
