On March 4, the team of Uzbekistan lost to the Brazilians with a score of 0:5, and on March 5 they lost with a score of 0:4.
The meetings were held in the municipality of Carlos Barbosa (Brazil).
The Brazilian futsal team is a five-time world champion (1989, 1992, 1996, 2008, 2012), a silver medalist of the 2000 World Cup, and a two-time bronze medalist of the World Championship (2004, 2021).
At the last Asian Futsal Championship, the Uzbekistan team took third place.
