The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, posted a video on social media of himself walking with a recently rescued Saluki named Grace.
According to russianemirates.com, rescuers found an injured dog in Sharjah in January. The dog had injuries to the eyes, neck, chest and back legs from being shot with an air pistol.
When a video of the rescued Saluki dog appeared on Instagram, the Sheikh's representatives contacted the rescuers and took the dog into their care.Two weeks have passed since the Crown Prince adopted the Saluki and the dog is now receiving medical attention and rehabilitation.
According to Bubbles Pets Rescue, the dog “looks incredibly happy and even gained some weight.”
