Rather warm weather was kept in the last winter month in Turkmenistan.By forecasts of meteorologists from February 15 to February 18, the air temperature will get warm to +28 degrees.
And if in the northern region of the country warming makes up about +20 degrees of Celsius, then in the south, this figure can increase to +30 and above.
Having got under the influence of the Mediterranean cyclone, Turkmenistan in the middle of February will appear in the warm sector of the southern winds approaching from Iran and the Arabian Peninsula. However, already by the end of month the temperature will return to the limits of the climatic norm. Rains and considerable cold in places are expected.
By the national signs connected with the weather of the last winter month, it is possible to make forecasts for the future. So, warm February is an omen of cold spring, and frosty, on the contrary, to favourable summer. If on February 12 is the windy weather, then from spring till autumn there will keep the rainy weather.
