Under the leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, large-scale reforms are being carried out in Turkmenistan aimed at increasing the efficiency of agriculture, the priority of which is the creation of enterprises for processing agricultural raw materials and greenhouse complexes.
At present, thanks to innovative greenhouse farms, created as part of the implementation of state programs for import substitution and increasing exports of products, the population is provided with fresh products.
Thanks to the support provided, Turkmen entrepreneurs and private enterprises not only supply domestic markets with quality products, but also export them abroad.In 2020, about 501 tons of high-quality tomatoes were grown in an innovative greenhouse complex created by the private enterprise Nedir Gala in the Ahal velayat.
Tomatoes are exported to countries such as the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazahstan.
