President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping hopes to discuss with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov”a grand plan for the development of relations between China and Central Asia and China-Turkmenistan relations” during the first “China-Central Asia” Summit. He stated this in his congratulatory letter to the head of
Turkmenistan on the occasion of the Nowruz holiday, according to today's newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
The PRC leader noted that during the state visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov to China, it was jointly announced that the Chinese-Turkmen relations would reach the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership, as well as the implementation of the concept of a common destiny for China and Turkmenistan.
