The strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and China has risen to a new level. This was stated by the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping in a message addressed to the President of Turkmenistan.
In a telegram, the PRC leader congratulated his Turkmen colleague Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who turned 41 today, on his birthday and wished him good health and prosperity.
In his message, Xi Jinping expressed confidence that, under the leadership of Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the people of Turkmenistan will achieve even greater success on the path of “Revival of a new era of a powerful state”.
