In the Center of Endocrinology and Surgery, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Ahmet Chalyk, the Manager of the Turkish construction company “Gap Inşaat”, which is a partner in the implementation of the unique medical project.
Noting the symbolic commissioning of a new health facility on the Day of Knowledge, marked by the opening of major educational institutions - the Institute of Public Utilities of Turkmenistan and the Faculty of Chemistry of the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli, Ahmet Chalyk said that these important events were the clear confirmation of the socially-oriented policy of the Head of the Turkmen state.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that Turkmenistan was always open for effective and long-term cooperation with representatives of business circles of the world, in particular, Turkey, in the field of creating an innovative healthcare infrastructure and industrial enterprises in our country.
Important aspects of the comprehensive program "Health" are the qualitative improvement of the domestic healthcare and medical industry, the modernization of the relevant infrastructure, the training of highly qualified specialists.
In this context, the Head of the state stressed that the Turkish partners, including "Çalyk Holding" company, actively participate in the implementation of a number of landmark projects in this area.
Concerning the activities of the Holding on other important projects, the businessman reported on the progress of the largest in the region the gas chemical plant construction for the production of urea in the city of Garabogaz of the Balkan velayat, assuring that this investment project, implemented in partnership with Japanese companies, would be implemented on the basis of the latest technologies and provided with modern “know-how”.
Having listened to the information, the President focused attention on the fact that the high quality of construction works and the immutable demand for the commissioning constructed facilities in the terms provided by the contracts remained an indispensable condition of the Turkmen side.
Putting into operation of the enterprise for the production of mineral product, demanded on the world market will serve to further increase the economic power of Turkmenistan; strengthen the country's position among the major exporters in this field.
At the end of the meeting, the Turkish businessman reassured that the company he leaded would continue to be the most serious and responsible way to fulfill its partner commitments.
