07.12.2020 | “The Spiritual World of the Turkmen” Published in Ukrainian

On December 7, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a presentation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s book “The Spiritual World of the Turkmen” published in the Ukrainian language, as part of the International Exhibition celebrating the 25th anniversary of the country’s neutrality.

Among those attending the event were representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan, public and creative organizations, higher education institutions and the mass media of the country.

Notably, the book has already been translated into the Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Georgian languages. The publication of the thoughtful, insightful and profoundly meaningful book “The Spiritual World of the Turkmen” authored by the nation’s leader in the Ukrainian language eloquently testifies to the growing interest in our people’s history, customs, and rich heritage.

Speakers at the event noted unanimously that the work by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov would help to maintain the unbroken continuity and to further popularize the nation’s spiritual values.

The presentation of the book in Ukrainian at the exhibition devoted to the 25th anniversary of neutrality, which today was showcasing achievements in the field of culture and media, served as a vivid illustration of ongoing efforts in the sphere to build a spiritually mature and developed society whose members know and cherish their traditional roots and heritage, and face the future with confidence.
