President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping addressed a letter to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the appointment of Mr.Qian Naicheng as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan.
The President of the People's Republic of China expressed confidence that the new Ambassador would be provided with support and assistance in fulfilling the tasks assigned to him.Moreover, President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the assistance provided to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Sun Weidong.
