By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow) Niyazliev Batyr Gurbanmyradovich was concurrently appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria.
