A conference dedicated to the Day of Workers of Oil and Gas Industry and Geology was held in the building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, reports the IIC.
The meeting opened with a congratulatory message from President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, which emphasized that the demand for Turkmen energy resources is currently increasing, and world-famous companies and financial institutions are seeking to establish cooperation in this area with Turkmenistan.
Geologists and oil and gas workers made presentations at the forum, sharing their achievements and discoveries, which emphasized the importance of these professions for the national economy and economic security.
Within the framework of the conference, awards and certificates of honor were also presented to the winners of the competition organized by the Nebit-Gaz newspaper and the Council of Trade Unions of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan. The winners were awarded valuable gifts.
