In the southern part of Ashgabat, along Chandybil Avenue, the construction of the administrative office of the “Senagat” Joint-Stock Commercial Bank is nearing completion. As it became known to “Turkmenportal”, the grand opening of the bank is scheduled for mid-April 2021.
The facility was built by the French company Bouygues Batiment International.
The total area of the land plot allocated for the construction of a 15-storey bank building is more than 67 thousand square meters. Actually, the construction site occupies 16 thousand 800 square meters on this territory.
The building has risen to a height of 76.5 meters, and its width is 35.5 meters.
On the ground floor there is a hall, a meeting room and other premises, the 2-11th floors include the offices of employees, on the upper floors of the building there are offices of the bank's management.
The 14th floor will be technical, at the zero level there will be a storage room, a canteen, and a parking lot.There is also a parking lot for the bank's clients.
