n order to support market relations, entrepreneurship in the country, as well as improve the work of trade and service enterprises, a number of trade and service facilities in Ashgabat will be privatized by the Turkmen business.
These include shops, a restaurant and a trading house. Privatization will be carried out through targeted sales to the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, subject to remain the main type of their activities and jobs.
Privatization in the country is carried out in accordance with the Law “On denationalization and privatization of state property”; the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan is a responsible agency for the execution of the law.
