A Turkmen student became the winner of the international Russian language Olympiad Homo dicens

Medina Sopytaganova, a 4th-year student in the history department of Turkmen state university named after Magtymguly, performed brilliantly in the International Russian language Olympiad Homo dicens, organised by Moscow city pedagogical university and the Institute of humanities of the Russian Federation.

Around 200 students from Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Serbia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan took part in the prestigious international Russian language competition.A Turkmen student successfully completed two stages of the competition and demonstrated excellent Russian language skills.

Following the Olympiad, the jury awarded Medina Sopytaganova first place and a diploma of the corresponding degree.It is worth noting that Medina Sopytaganova is a multiple winner of various international and national Olympiads and competitions.

The student deservedly ranks among the talented, active, and creative representatives of TSU named after Magtymguly, of whom one of the leading universities of the country is rightfully proud.

New, brilliant achievement of our student at a major international competition is further evidence of the high level of preparation, intellectual potential, and competitiveness of Turkmen youth, as well as the strengthening of their position in the international scientific and academic community.
