By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Annayev, Annamammet Akmammedovich, was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Romania.
By the Decree of the head of state, he was promoted to the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
