Preparing for the resumption of the season in the Premier League and the semi-final in the Cup of Turkmenistan, Arkadag players played a friendly match with the Besa club from North Macedonia, Orient reports.
The first international friendly match of "Arkadag" in the framework of the training camp in Bulgaria ended in a draw - 1:1. As part of the Turkmen team, the top scorer of the first round of the Major League Didar Durdyev scored a goal (12 goals).
It was the first international game for the club from the city of Arkadag, founded in April this year. Besa is a football club from North Macedonia that plays in the second division of their country.
FC Arkadag is in Bulgaria from July 21 to August 8. As part of the training camp, the team plans to hold several more control meetings with different opponents.
FC "Arkadag" is the leader in the standings of the championship of Turkmenistan on football, having 24 points in nine rounds. In the Cup of the country, the team reached the semi-finals, where they will play with the capital's "Altyn Asyr".
