Avaza Hosts Special Exhibition on Turkmenistan’s Cultural Heritage

Participants of the international conference on the role of women in modern society, dedicated to developing international cooperation to achieve sustainable development goals in Avaza visited a special exhibition dedicated to Turkmenistan’s national cultural heritage, Turkmenistan’s official media reported Wednesday.

The exhibition showcased a wide range of traditional crafts reflecting the richness and uniqueness of Turkmen culture. Exhibits included carpets, paintings, silk products, and national jewelry.

Visitors were particularly drawn to rare examples of carpet art, demonstrating the high skill and preservation of centuries-old Turkmen traditions.

The international conference brought together representatives of international organizations and experts to discuss initiatives aimed at empowering women and advancing the global sustainable development agenda.
