At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, where the results of the work of the sectors of the national economy in January-April were summed up, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to properly organize work to attract investments in the construction and industrial sectors, according to today's “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
The head of state told that the indicators of construction work over the past four months are average and gave instructions to Deputy Prime Minister Shamuhammet Durdylyev to increase the pace and efficiency of work in the construction and industrial sector.
It is also necessary to continue work on the creation of an energy ring within the country and the construction of a power transmission line Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan, the President noted.
