President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed dissatisfaction with the work of the heads of the construction and industrial complex, as well as the Deputy Chairman Shamuhammet Durdylyev who oversees these industries at today's expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
The head of state stated that the results of the work done in the construction industry in the first quarter of this year are unsatisfactory. All indicators, in comparison with last year, have decreased.
Particular emphasis was placed on the construction of an energy ring within the country and the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan power transmission system.
As noted, work is not being carried out at the proper level to attract investment in the construction and industrial sectors.Expressing dissatisfaction with the work of the Deputy Prime Minister and the heads of the complex he supervises, the head of state instructed to analyze the existing shortcomings and take all measures to correct them, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
