On 4 June 2026, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byshimova and the UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan Jalpa Ratna.

The parties discussed current and future projects being implemented jointly with UNICEF in Turkmenistan.Preparations for upcoming joint events were also reviewed.
