On 7 September, 2018 President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov dismissed Chairperson of the commercial bank Daýhanbank Polat Allagulyev for job-related shortcomings.
Deputy Chairperson of the commercial bank Daýhanbank Sh. Nepesov was appointed acting Chairperson of the aforementioned bank.
Polat Allagulyev was appointed to this position in January 2014.
