Days of Economy of Turkmenistan Open in Frankfurt

The Days of Economy of Turkmenistan opened Thursday in Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany.

The two-day event, held on October 3031, brought together business representatives from both countries to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation.

Participants at the forum are discussing a wide range of topics — from trade and economic relations and attracting foreign direct investment to the development of transport and logistics corridors and energy partnerships. The agenda also highlights the transition to a green economy, digital transformation, and the advancement of e-government.

Among the key areas of focus are cooperation in agriculture and the efficient management of water resources.

The forum brings together representatives of more than 50 leading German companies, banks, and industrial associations, as well as 51 Turkmen companies and several government agencies.

German participants include major corporations such as Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, BOMAG GmbH, CLAAS GmbH, John Deere International GmbH, BASF-Intertrade, and others. The event also features the participation of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, the German Agribusiness Alliance, Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), and the Frankfurt Economic Development Agency.

The international event of national importance is organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, with TMT Consulting Group serving as the co-organiser, providing organisational and communication support for the forum.
