The Days of Culture of Turkmenistan are starting in Tajikistan - a large-scale event aimed at further strengthening and expanding mutually beneficial cultural ties between the two friendly states, a Turkmenportal correspondent reports.
The grand opening of the Days of Turkmen Culture and a concert of art masters of Turkmenistan will take place today, April 3, at the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Sadriddin Aini in Dushanbe.
On April 4, an exhibition representing the rich artistic heritage and original folk crafts of Turkmenistan will be opened at the National Museum of Tajikistan.
On the same day, April 4, the grand “Evening of Friendship” - a joint concert of the best creative groups of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan - will be held at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex.
On April 5, participants in the cultural program will travel to cities and regions of Tajikistan to introduce the residents of the country to the original Turkmen culture.
