Private enterprise Dik Aý, based in the Shabat etrap of Dashoguz velayat, is expanding the production of spring mattresses and broadening its product range, the Turkmenistan newspaper reported.
The company launched production two years ago. Today, Dik Aý supplies its products to kindergartens, hospitals, hotels and private furniture manufacturers.
Using modern equipment imported from China, the enterprise produces more than 10 types of spring mattresses. Its production capacity allows it to manufacture about 20 mattresses per work shift. Most of the raw materials used in production are sourced in Turkmenistan.
According to the company's head Islam Hudergenov, the high quality and affordable prices of the products have contributed to growing demand in the domestic market. The enterprise fulfills large orders under contracts with government institutions, private furniture manufacturers and entrepreneurs.
