Private enterprise Dik Ay, located in the Shabat district of Dashoguz province, has launched production of a new semi-smoked sausage under the Gundogar brand.
The product has already appeared on store shelves in the city and is in demand among residents, according to the newspaper Turkmenistan, published Friday.
Equipped with modern equipment, the enterprise produces more than 20 types of sausage products, including Altyn Shapak, Koytendag, Alem, Gulzar, Hazar, Ashgabat and Margush.
About 250 kilograms of products are sold daily at the specialized Shohlat Onumleri store in the city center. In addition to sausage products, the outlet offers milk and dairy products, as well as other popular food items.
The enterprise has also recently launched production of high-quality furniture mattresses using modern semi-automatic equipment imported from China.
