Doctors removed a live spider and its nest from a woman's ear

In the UK, doctors performed an operation to remove a live spider and its nest from the ear of a 30-year-old local resident. The woman went to the hospital complaining of a cracking sound in her ear and severe pain.

Doctors prescribed her medicine for the infection, but the pain did not go away, AiF writes, citing The Sun.

Then Lucy Wilde decided to find out for herself what was happening in her ear. She inserted a microcamera there and saw in the ear canal a spider's nest and its owner the size of a little fingernail.

Wild turned to doctors again. They carried out an operation to remove the spider and its nest. The woman spent several more days under medical supervision as the spider gave her a severe infection.
