CJSC “Ashgabat City Telephone Network” presented the semi-annual results of the use of the Call center service by enterprises and organizations.
This service is designed to facilitate the processing of a large number of calls for companies or organizations with a wide customer base. This permits you to serve several incoming calls to the same phone number, which is always available to the client, even though the line is busy.
For the period from January 1 to July 1, 2023, a total of 1 million 185 thousand 922 calls were received to the numbers of AGTS customers connected to the Call center service. The total duration of telephone conversations between employees of call centers amounted to almost 1 million 874 minutes.
Among the clients of AGTS who used the Call center service are IT companies, representatives of the Ashgabat pharmacy sector, manufacturers and suppliers of drinking water, providers of satellite television and video streaming services.
“Ashgabat City Telephone Network” offers companies and enterprises that have to process a large amount of information over the phone every day to use the Call center service.
For each organization that has connected this service, AGTS provides from 2 to 30 operator positions.For uninterrupted communication with customers, 2-3 phone numbers are enough.If necessary, the service is activated in test mode for up to one month.
