The aspects of extension of the interparliamentary dialog were discussed today during the telephone talk of the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Türkiye Mustafa Shentop, news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television reported.
Warmly greeting each other, the interlocutors exchanged warm congratulations to the peoples of Turkmenistan and Türkiye on the occasion of the holy for all Muslims Kurban Bayram Holiday.
The Parliament heads noted the availability of a great potential for further extension and strengthening of interparliamentary connections, intensification of interaction between the legislative bodies of both countries.
The Sides stated the topicality of gradual building up of the partnership between law-making bodies, organizing meetings of deputies and exchanging experience through mutual consultations, and also expressed their conviction that the inter-parliamentary partnership will contribute to the gradual development and deepening of relations between the two fraternal countries.
