Jumagylyjov Jumagylych Pirmuhammedovich was elected chairman of the board of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Turkmenbashi”. The corresponding Resolution was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, approving the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the bank dated July 9, 2021, the “Vatan” news program of the Turkmen television reported today.
Let us remind you that the State Commercial Bank “Turkmenbashi” was transformed into the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank on July 9. Its founders are the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the State Insurance Organization with shares in the authorized capital of 99 and 1 percent, respectively.
