In Ashgabat has finished the training on establishing of system business for women entrepreneurs

In Ashgabat has finished the theoretical part of online training “How to move from manual management to building a system business” within the framework of the initiative “Women in business” organized by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development on a free basis.

The seminar was attended by 10 women entrepreneurs, who got acquainted with the theory of building a system business. The project coach was Maria Pogosyan, an international certified consultant on management (CMC Global) with more than 20 years working experience in leadership positions in international consulting companies.

Individual meetings to identify the main problem of the company are ahead of each of the participants, as well as 6 business couching sessions, a team coach session for each business, master-classes on group support.

The final event of the training will be held in a face-to-face format.

The training is funded by the European Union.
