JanuaryNovember: Lebap Province Produces 656,000 Decaliters of Soft Drinks

From January through November 2025, producers in Turkmenistan’s Lebap province manufactured and delivered 656,000 decaliters of mineral and soft drinks to retail outlets, more than 1,000 decaliters above the level recorded during the same period last year, according to the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

Output rose nearly 18% year over year. Private enterprises accounted for more than two-thirds of total production, reflecting their growing role in supplying the domestic market.

Production of canned fruits and vegetables increased nearly 18% from the start of the year. During the reporting period, producers released 130.592 million standard cans, including 108.983 million manufactured by individual enterprises.

The private sector continued to lead confectionery production. Of more than 3,000 tons of sweets supplied to the market, 59 tons were produced by the state sector. Overall output by private manufacturers increased 12.8%.

In grain production, state-owned enterprises retained the largest share. Output totaled 17,175 tons during the reporting period, nearly 4,000 tons more than a year earlier.
